Dear Valued Prairie State Bank & Trust Customer,
The world has changed, and we are changing for you! For so many of you, we have been able to take care of whatever you needed through our Customer Service Center at 800-597-2977. Therefore, to make PSB&T even more accessible to you, we are extending our Customer Service hours. Effective June 8th, our new Customer Service Center hours will be Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 8am to noon.
In conjunction with this, we’d also like to announce we’re extending our cut-off time for daily transaction processing. As of June 8th, any deposits or transactions presented by the end of business at a branch location will be processed on the same day. This provides you with extra time throughout your day to accomplish what you need to do and still be able to visit us to ensure your transactions are completed on the same business day. The newly extended cut-off time also applies to online transfers, payments and mobile deposits.
We are also updating lobby and drive-up hours as of June 8th as attached. The updated hours reflect our goal, which is to be available when you need us whether in the branch, on the phone or online.
Rest assured, just as we have during these past few months, we remain committed to one single thing – taking care of your needs.
Finally, to the many we’ve helped save money by refinancing home loans with all-time low mortgage rates, to our commercial and consumer loan customers that we’ve helped with payment modifications during this trying time, and to the many small businesses we were able to help through the Paycheck Protection Program, we hope we made challenging times at least a little easier.
