At Prairie State Bank & Trust, we believe that exceptional service starts with being available when our customers need us most. That’s why we’re making a thoughtful update to our Customer Service Center hours—designed entirely with your experience in mind.

Beginning May 4, our Customer Service Center will be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours continuing from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

This adjustment allows us to better align our team with peak customer call times during the week, ensuring greater availability, shorter wait times, and more meaningful, efficient interactions. By focusing our resources during the busiest parts of the day, we’re able to strengthen the level of service and responsiveness you expect from us—while still maintaining convenient Saturday access.

While the hours may be slightly adjusted, what remains unchanged is what matters most.
